Appointments
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment time. Late arrival may result in a reduced service while the full appointment fee remains payable.
Booking Fee
A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final balance.
Cancellations & No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of the booking fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in the remaining balance being charged to the card on file.
Genuine emergencies (hospital/serious illness) will be considered at discretion.
Payments
The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, infections, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. If you are unwell, your appointment may need to be rescheduled for everyone’s safety.
Photography
Photos of treatments may be used for social media and marketing. Please let us know if you would prefer not to be featured.
